The edition you're looking for is out of print. You can still get it second hand on amazon though, but it's 79dollar. The illustration is by Ted Nasmith. There is also a "blue version" which is still available new.

I have a version of The Silmarillion illustrated by him with big glossy pages, and it's quite nice work.

That's by Ted Naismith. Not everyone loves his work, but to me I think his stuff, especially his stuff on the First Age, is beautiful and evoking of the world Tolkien created. I have a copy of the Silmarillion that has a lot of his art in it, including the one on that cover.

This edition should have the poster if Beleriand included. (I bought my copy several years ago.) Great edition to own even setting the poster aside.
