The OCD Workbook: Your Guide to Breaking Free from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (A New Harbinger Self-Help Workbook) https://toptalkedbooks.com/amzn/1572249218
I used this. Being able to become comfortable being uncomfortable in CBT is really the only way.
Very rarely, there is a specialize clinic in Toronto for this. The Frederick Thompson institute which is part of Sunnybrook hospital.
Our psychiatrists reccomend this workbook and I actually just started reading it. I'm sorry though I still have very little experience with OCD.
That's the only OCD symptom I really have as well, it's definitely still worth looking into treatment as it's exactly the same thought malfunctions that other OCD sufferers have, just latched into a different theme. It's no more worthy of treatment and help than someone who washed their hands 14 times a day.
